At Triple Summits our team of mentors come from diverse and varied backgrounds.  Collectively our experience comes from the military, the youth development sector and corporate world. This unique combination of experience and values is what leads us to deliver our programs with such a high success rate .  We know we cannot successfully change the lives of rangatahi on our own, and the true power of change is the positive influence we can help champion.

Triple Summits Employment Services was established in 2014 to provide a service to the New Zealand Government in the youth development sector, taking a holistic and end-to-end approach to facilitating sustainable employment outcomes.   We have successfully changed the lives of 650 rangatahi and counting!
