This programme is an Employment Placement Service, which is unique in that only graduates from the New Zealand Defence Force LSV Course can participate.

The LSV course is a motivation, attitude and behaviour change course run by the NZDF in a military setting and style. This unique course is residential and runs for six weeks. LSV participants work long hours every day, conduct team building activities, improve their discipline and time management skills. By the time they reach their military styled Graduation Parade after six weeks, they are ready for the work force or further education with a new found motivation and willingness to succeed.

Triple Summits – LSV Graduate Programme has worked with hundreds and hundreds of youth since 2014, to gain sustainable employment, and continually achieves over 80% sustainable career outcomes for our rangatahi. Our focus is to mentor and support our rangatahi in all aspects of their lives to enable the stability needed to gain and keep a good job or study after they complete their LSV Course. The seed is only planted during their LSV Course, so our six month pastoral care and employment placement programme focuses on a longer term holistic and end-to-end approach that:

• Transitions the young person back to their home environment, while maintaining discipline, routine and motivation
• Further develops work preparation skills
• Sources and helps secure employment and study
• Works alongside our young people to sustain their outcome and deal with personal life issues that arise
• Develops self reliance and skills for their future success
